Robert M. Mock, Jr. (Robbie), grew up in Sylvania, Georgia. He attended Screven County High School, before dividing his undergraduate time between The Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia Southern University, where he earned a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Accounting. He then attended Mercer University School of Law. Upon graduation, Robbie worked for Stone and Driggers, LLC, a premier trademark lawyer and civil business litigation firm in Macon, Georgia. While working there, Robbie was mentored by two outstanding attorneys, Kice H. Stone and B. Dave Driggers.

Robbie moved to practice law as a probate attorney in Statesboro in 2012. He has been with the The Hube Law Firm, P.C., since October of 2014. Robbie is licensed to practice in all courts in Georgia. He has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia, tried family and criminal cases, and a federal criminal jury trial. As of 2018, Robbie also serves as the public defender in Sylvania Municipal Court, in Screven County. Robbie’s approach to the practice of law involves aggressively advocating for each client, while treating fellow attorneys with respect. As a probate attorney Robbie knows that each client is facing a very important situation, whether that be a family, criminal, or other civil issue, and he takes that very seriously. Robbie gives friendly, honest advice to each prospective client, including strategy as to how to pursue or defend a case, and the costs and benefits of such strategy. Robbie will also be up-front and honest if someone does not need a family law attorney, or if the issue is likely not worth pursuing.

Robbie has many interests. He enjoys fitness, including studying Krav Maga at Statesboro Karate and going to the gym daily. He is a nature lover and avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, shooting, hiking, camping, the mountains, and the beach. He also gardens and grows Christmas trees as a hobby and side business.
