attended Georgia Southern University where he was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Simon was employed as an investigator with the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office. He developed an interest in criminal law during his time spent working for the circuit public defender.
Simon attended Mercer University for law school. He served as a law clerk for the district attorney’s office all through law school. His education and working experience helped provide him with further knowledge and a greater understanding of criminal law.
Following law school, Simon moved his family back home to Statesboro. Prior to joining our firm, he gained valuable experience as an assistant public defender representing indigent criminal defendants. His passion is, and always has been, criminal defense and he is committed to providing zealous representation.
